A great discussion around the financial, legal, and zoning related challenges facing Seattle as the area continues to grow. As part of the newly founded AIA committee on Homelessness, I assisted in identifying panel participants form academia, for profit developer, and non-profit developers, and guide the discussion to areas where we can act as architects and urban designers to provide better housing access in the region.
